Revocation for Consumers

The following information applies only if a contract with Kenpost is concluded by a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 BGB. Kenpost is primarily designed for commercial sellers and operational teams, so this right does not generally apply to business customers.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For service contracts, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

How to Exercise the Right

Send your revocation notice to:

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Special Note for Digital Services and Immediately Usable Credits

The right of withdrawal may expire early for digital services if performance has begun after you expressly requested the immediate start of the service and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal is lost once the contract has been fully performed. If label credits, digital shipment files or similar digital performance have already been consumed, reimbursement may be reduced or excluded to the extent permitted by law.
